An American style Brown Ale. A dark brown beer with an incredibly fruity aroma that leads into a sweet blackcurrant and elderflower body tempered by a sharp bitter twang. Chinook Hops are used in large quantities for bittering, aroma and dry hopping to the extent that most could not tell that the grist contains 20% Crystal Malt.
