Local Real Cider
Pressed in Groton, just 2miles up the road from Mill Green Brewery, Castling's Heath Cottage Cider is made by the Mill Green Brewery team. Cider pressing has taken place at Castling's Heath Cottage since the 1980's, remaining today as a small-scale cidery producing local farmhouse cider with Suffolk organic apples.

Organic Original Cider
Castling's Heath Cottage 'Organic Original Cider' is 100% natural cider made using only East Anglian organic apples. It is pressed in the cidery at Castling's Heath Cottage. To produce the dry Original, the most traditional method is used. No water or sugar is added to the pressed apples. Fermentation occurs due to the wild yeast naturally present on the skins. This is the real deal; usually between 6 and 8% abv and dry as a bone, with tart, acidic qualities reminiscent of both white wine and the sour lambic beers of Belgium.
| Apple Pie Cider
Castling's HeathCottage 'Apple Pie' cider is a spiced version of the original. It is considerably weaker at 4.5%, incredibly easy drinking, and real favourite.
